Graduate Teaching Assistant - Primary School

Location: Gateshead, Tyne and Wear

Pay Scale: £80 - £100 per day

Are you a recent graduate looking to gain valuable experience in education? GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team in primary schools across Gateshead, Tyne and Wear.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
• Work with small groups of students to provide targeted intervention and support.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.
• Contribute to the development of learning resources and materials.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous but not essential.
