Role Overview:

·    The Graduate Sales Trainee will work in conjunction with the existing sales team and Companies customers.  
·    The focus will be to maintain existing partnerships, building trust and adding value, whilst simultaneously developing new business and their individual commercial skills.
·    As part of the planned career progression this opportunity offers the successful candidate will start within an internal sales role which will enable their skills to be developed to facilitate a move into an external sales position.

Candidate Profile:

·    Educated with a degree in a technical field relating to chemistry, polymers or material science.
·    Knowledge and/or experience within the polymer/chemicals industry is essential. 
·    A desire to pursue a role in sales.
·    An individual who works well independently and in team environments, an excellent communicator.
·    Analytically minded, someone who loves to solve problems and is sales orientated. 
·    Someone who is creative and dynamic, who considers themselves to be entrepreneurial.
