Evolve is supporting a niche and innovative global healthcare company with the growth of their Enteral Nutrition sales team in the UK!

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation as a Graduate Medical Sales Representative, responsible for developing new business by targeting and winning new Enteral Feeding Contracts, and increasing sales of key products for the Enteral Nutrition market across North London and the Northern Home Counties.

Ideal Requirements for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Recent graduate, ideally in a scientific subject.
  • Strong sales experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent demonstrable research into the medical sales industry.
  • Shadowing experience of a Medical Sales Representative is highly advantageous.
  • Keen desire to step into the medical sales industry.

Role Responsibilities for the Graduate Medical Sales Representative

  • Segmenting territories, identifying target accounts, and spotting high-potential business opportunities alongside Regional Sales Managers.
  • Develop robust business plans aligned with marketing strategy to promote products and services effectively.
  • Identify key customers, explore new contracting models, and liaise with Tender Bid teams to understand tender specifications.
  • Maximise pricing agreements in Primary and Secondary Care settings to enhance product usage.
  • Maintain detailed customer records using the company's CRM system and adhere to SOPs.
  • Create effective journey plans to optimise sales calls and opportunities.
