Are you a Graduate or Junior Architect or similar with experience in residential planning applications? Do you want to be one of the go-to specialist within a tight knit team where you can grow and develop your skillset within a well-established consultancy?

This company are a well-established consultancy who have seen major growth over the last few years. They work with a broad range of clients providing primarily residential solutions and are looking to grow their planning team due to an ever increasing workload.

This autonomous role will see you working on planning application and strategies as you act as one of the go to technical expert within the business. You will provide technical support to the architectural teams, other departments and the senior leadership team. As the company develops you have opportunities to grow and develop within the organisation.

This role would suit someone with experience of residential planning applications who is looking for a varied and dynamic role and the opportunity to progress in to leadership roles and grow a team around you in the future.

The Role:
* Residential planning applications.
* Office based with some site visitation
* Be the go-to technical specialist within the company
* Liaise with architects, contractors and senior leadership
* Provide technical support

The Person:
* Town Planner or similar
* Local to Chelmsford
