As a Development Graduate you will be…

Assisting the Development team to deliver projects from site acquisition, through planning to project delivery and disposal, with support provided through the APC for the RICS Planning & Development pathway.

• Review and update market knowledge
• Keeping inhouse schedules up to date (site register/ sector tracking)

• Work with estate agents to prepare marketing strategy
• Design and implement marketing materials e.g. Brochures, Signage, etc.

• Monitor build progress and sales before handing over to purchaser
• Prepare welcome packs for purchasers and manage customer care

General

• Network and develop relationships with key partners
• Internal liaison with all areas of the business to inform appraisals
