We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. Working in a challenging and diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:

• As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will help with construction cost assistant and support various aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from estimation to completion.
• You will assist in preparing and analysing cost estimates, tender documents, and contract variations, as well as procuring and valuing materials, equipment, and services.
• You will also help in monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and managing project risks, and maintaining positive client relations.
• You will keep accurate and compliant project documentation and seek to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

To be successful for this Graduate Quantity Surveyor role you must have:

• You are a qualified construction cost professional with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
