The practice itself has been established for over 30 years and prides itself on providing superior quality technical and strategic guidance on Construction and Asset-related issues. Recognised as specialists in a wide range of sectors – hospitality, retail, education, R&D, healthcare industrial, leisure and commercial.
Currently, they employ 35 members of staff and are looking to grow this number throughout 2024 and even have plans to open up their third office in the UK.
As a highly regarded Consultancy, throughout the years they have established a range of services from Building Surveys, CDM, and Architecture. Along with these, they also offer a multi-disciplinary service where they combine their services with other key disciplines like MEP Services, Structural Engineering, etc.
A hands-on role, this role will involve conducting measured surveys and liaising with business professionals. You will gain the opportunity and exposure to providing professional work to clients such as dilapidation and condition schedules, reinstatement cost assessments, and abiding by CDM regulations, etc. This will introduce you to responsibilities to essentially provide career progression.
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will gain support and mentorship to achieve the MRICS accreditation – acquiring exposure to all stages of the surveying processes!
The Position: Graduate Building Surveyor
- RICS-approved degree.
- Relevant industry experience would be beneficial.
- Understanding and use of CAD.
- Familiar with Homebuyer and Building Survey Inspections and Reports.
- Providing professional work to clients such as dilapidation and condition schedules, and reinstatement cost assessments.
- Abide by CDM regulations.
- Conduct measured surveys.
- Provide CAD support.
- Working on high-end projects around Oxford – specialising in heritage projects, medical, science and historic buildings.
- Frameworks for NHS frameworks
