Konker is currently recruiting for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their newly opened Manchester office.
The role is for a fast-growing practice that currently has 6 offices across Southern England occupied by over 100 employees. They recently opened the Manchester office and have plans to grow the team over the next 12 months.
Having worked with a range of clients across the UK and Europe, the company was named a Building Top 150 consultancy and credits this to its worker's ambitious and efficient approach to work.
Placed in a dynamic environment, you will be exposed to an abundance of opportunities to stake your claim within the business, whilst working alongside friendly but hard-working colleagues, creating a social atmosphere that is both healthy and driven.
With a focus not just on company growth, they also pride themselves on the training and development of their workers, conducting various accredited training schemes such as RIBA, RICS, and CIOB offered just to name a few. As a company driven by innovation, the role would be looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor who is highly motivated to fit into the company ethos.
Specialising in Building Surveying, the company covers three main areas of surveying. Construction and Building Project Consultancy, Building Pathology, and Professional and Legal Consultancy will offer the Graduate Building Surveyor position numerous sections to get involved in, ensuring no two days will be the same.
The Building Surveying discipline has completed projects in many sectors, including commercial and retail, education, and healthcare for both the public and private sectors.
