About the Role:

GSL Education are actively seeking a qualified Graduates interested in working within Education (Psychology, SEN, Performing Arts, Sport welcomed)for our Client Schools in Lincoln. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive learning environment, fostering collaboration between students and faculty, and contributing to the overall success of our educational programs.

Graduates Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons on diverse subjects
• Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
• Offer individualized assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Contribute to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to become teachers.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Be available for work Monday to Friday.  
• Be proactive, energetic, kind and caring. 
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
• A fully checkable work history.
