With your knowledge and experience, you will work closely with the SEN/Inclusion team and help implement strategies and approaches to support children with SEMH, Trauma, anxiety in either KS1 or KS2 class.

Your role & responsibilities Graduate SEMH Teaching Assistant

* Be able to build and maintain positive relationships.
* Working alongside teachers to deliver the curriculum.
* Assisting Child with SEMH needs (Trauma, Anxiety, Depression etc)
* Supported on a 1*-2-1 basis and small groups for the learning and social development.
* Previous experience working alongside SEN & SEMH needs is desirable.

* Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.

Non-negotiables:

* Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.

* Have experience of working with SEN children or young adults

* Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
