Milk Education is currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Teaching Assistants to join a reputable secondary school in Camden. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates considering a future in education through a PGCE course.

We are looking for dedicated teaching assistants who can provide support and inclusion for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and English as an Additional Language (EAL) within the school. In this role, you will work within a classroom setting, collaborating with a team of experienced Teaching Assistants to provide tailored support to individual or small groups of students across various ability levels and curriculum areas.

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will directly engage with the exceptional students we serve, ensuring they receive the best possible education. Each student has a diagnosis of Autism and may require additional support. Your role will involve preparing educational materials, facilitating classroom activities, and offering hands-on assistance under supervision. You will also attend to their emotional and physical needs, fostering their personal growth and helping them connect with the world around them.
