Graduate Trainee

Based in Fareham, near Southampton

We are looking for new or recent graduates to join us as Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultants at our offices in Fareham near to Portsmouth and Southampton. If you are a recent graduate or will be graduating this year and you are looking for an exciting career in business, a trainee role with us could be a great opportunity for you.

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is based on the waterside Cams Hall Estate business park, next to a picturesque golf course, on the edge of Fareham between Southampton and Portsmouth. We have good access to the M27 motorway and free parking. This position will suit proactive and ambitious graduates who have an excellent telephone manner and a flair for sales.

You will be paid an excellent basic salary and will be able to earn target-related commission and bonuses as well.
