GRADUATE POSITION!
Seeking a bright, ambitious, recent or about to be graduate (1st or 2:1) who’ll thrive in this rare opportunity to work in the office of the CEO of the UK's leading retailer supplier of fresh produce.
You'll need to be intelligent, organised, self-motivated and personable with discretion and, ideally, some administrative or office experience. A UK driving licence and your own transport is essential.
Key features of the position will include research and presentations, numerical analysis, special projects and problem-solving;
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office files and records in both physical and digital formats
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette for professional communication
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
