Are you a recent Maths Graduate with a passion for numbers and a desire to inspire young minds? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at a forward-thinking secondary school in Chelmsford. This is your chance to contribute to the world of education and make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Mathematics department in delivering a comprehensive curriculum.
  • Engage and motivate students with innovative problem-solving activities.
  • Assist in preparing educational materials that cater to various learning styles.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, nurturing their mathematical abilities.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators to enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • A strong academic record and a commitment to education.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A proactive approach to supporting classroom activities.
  • Flexibility and creativity in educational methods.
