Clients include Taylor Wimpey, Hallam Land,  Vistry, This Land, Countryside and Crest Nicholson. Their projects include the strategic major infrastructure for new towns and settlements of between 2000-5000 new homes. 

As a Graduate Cost Consultant you’ll be…

Setting up and managing cost plans for the major infrastructure for projects of 2000-5000 new homes and accompanying commercial buildings.

This will include:

• Working CAD
• Taking measurements on CostX
• Providing a holistic plan including measuring and rates
• Assessing financial, technical and operational risks
• Reviewing expenditure during all phases of a project
• Analysing data that can affect costs

Must haves…

Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction or Civil Engineering.
