Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Do you have a passion for working with young people and making a difference in their lives? Join us as a Graduate at our schools in Romford and embark on a fulfilling journey in the field of education, starting immediately.

As a Graduate within our schools, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on students' learning and development. Whether you aspire to become a teacher or pursue a career in education-related fields, this role will provide you with the perfect platform to explore your interests and make a difference.

We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals who are passionate about education and committed to supporting students' academic and personal growth. While previous experience in a school setting is beneficial, it is not essential. We welcome graduates from all disciplines who are eager to learn and contribute to the school community.

As a Graduate, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students as needed.
  • Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their learning and personal development.
  • Leading small group activities and interventions to support students' progress in specific subjects or areas of need.
  • Contributing to the planning and implementation of extracurricular activities and school events.
  • Collaborating with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for working with young people. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in education and make a positive impact on students' lives.

If you are a motivated and passionate graduate ready to take the first step in your education career, we want to hear from you!

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
