As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you'll play a vital role in helping to nurture the academic and personal development of our students, empowering them to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

🎓 The Role:

As a key member of our pastoral team, you'll work closely with students to provide academic support, guidance, and encouragement. Whether it's helping with homework, offering study skills sessions, or providing mentorship and emotional support, your positive influence will help shape the future of our students.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students in need of extra assistance
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of tailored learning plans
  • Monitoring student progress and offering feedback and encouragement
  • Acting as a positive role model and mentor for students, promoting a growth mindset and resilience
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support the holistic development of students

👩‍🎓 What We're Looking For:

  • A recent graduate with a degree in education, psychology, or a related field
  • Passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
