Are you an aspiring IT Support Technician, either a fresh Computer Science Graduate or similar, looking for an exciting entry level position in IT Support where you will take on extensive training on Cloud Based Solutions for an IT Network that spans 4 sites?

In this role you will be a key player in the IT Support team assisting with the roll out of new IT equipment across students and employees in this companies sites in Exeter, Torquay and Plymouth. As you complete training for software and hardware you will progress into more senior positions.

This role would suit a fresh graduate looking for an entry level IT position and keen to take on training and progress in their career.

THE ROLE:

• Working closely with the Network manager to assist with 1st line IT troubleshooting
• On the job training on software, Azure based Cloud Network and internal systems
• 1st Line IT support with progression into more senior positions

THE PERSON:

• Computer science graduate or similar
• Keen to take on training and progress in an IT Support position
• Local to Torquay
