We are currently seeking Criminology and Psychology graduates who are either looking to gain classroom experience across a variety of school settings before embarking on their teacher training or have previous experience of working with groups of children or young people with SEND needs including ASD, SEMH, PMLD, BESD and other complex learning needs.

We are looking for Criminology and Psychology Graduates who are Trauma-Informed and willing to learn on the job about neurodiverse young people and the social and academic challenges they face in education and keen to grow their knowledge in Children and Young People's Mental Health and applying that knowledge to the classroom.

Some of the roles we can offer include:

  • Behaviour Support Worker
  • Inclusion Support Worker
  • SEND Support Worker
  • Behaviour for Learning Mentor 
  • Pastoral Support

We have a variety of short-term, long-term and permanent opportunities across our SEND schools and Alternative Provisions in West Yorkshire. We offer full induction training and Level 2 Team Teach (Positive Behaviour Support) certification by our inhouse training team. The roles are generally term-time only Mon-Fri. Ideally you will drive and be available for work Mon-Fri term time only.
