Graduate Site Manager - SME Main Contractor
Henry Martin are partnered with a forward-thinking, growing main contractor. Our client our seeking an ambitious, driven young Graduate Site Manager. This position has clear progression opportunities and is a fantastic chance to get into a busy contractor who invest in the employees.
If you have a construction degree and are keen to get into the industry this could be the role for you.
Desired qualities:
- Construction Degree
- 1 or 2 years construction experience
- Career-driven individual who wants to progress through the ranks
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
Roles & Responsibities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the construction site
- Keep detailed records of project progress and communicate updates to team members
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site and manage a team of workers
