A high-performing Secondary School in the Borough of Southwark are ready to interview a recent graduate for their vacant Graduate Academic Mentor role. This school is looking for a Graduate with a passion for supporting children and a genuine interest in making a difference in student's academics.

If you are a graduate with strong academics and have the confidence, determination, and positivity to work with hardworking pupils and provide a safe, happy environment then this role is made for you! We are looking to fill the following positions…

• Mathematics Secondary Graduate Academic Mentor
• Science Secondary Graduate Academic Mentor
• English Graduate Academic Mentor
• Humanities Graduate Academic Mentor

What will you do as an Graduate Academic Mentor?

• Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically.
• Supporting pupils in and out of the lessons (KS4 & KS5)
• Monitoring and recording interventions and setting targets.
• Working in a highly regarded Secondary School.

Requirements for Graduate Academic Mentor

• Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be flexible and positive and have a strong 'can do' attitude.
• Inspiring, highly motivated, and confident Graduates with a strong academic background
• Must have a 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University.

• Long-term, Full-time, Term-times only
• £105 - £110 per day
