In this role, you’ll provide the guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with students, offering 1:1 tailored intervention sessions and supporting classroom teachers. You'll also have the chance to cover lessons, gaining invaluable experience before beginning a PGCE or Schools Direct Teacher Training Programme.

* English
* Science
* Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
* Languages
* Art and Design
* Psychology or Social Sciences
* Sport & Physical Activity

Key Requirements:

* University degree (2:2 or above)
* Experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential
* Clear passion for working with young people and a desire to pursue teaching
* Ability to provide two references from the last two years
* Willingness to undertake CPD training provided by Milk Education and your placement school
