A building services design consultancy is seeking a Graduate Electrical Design Engineer to join their expanding office in Hertfordshire.
With over 20 years of successful trading, this well-established company has a strong reputation for developing engineers. They employ approximately 20-25 staff and offer a supportive structure that balances responsibility with ample guidance for engineers.
The company handles a wide range of projects, including those in the pharmaceutical, residential, retail, leisure, and office sectors, with project values ranging from £1 million to £45 million. This role provides diverse experience, helping you become a well-rounded engineer without being confined to a specific area of expertise.
Requirements for the Graduate Electrical Design Engineer:
- Relevant degree, such as Electrical and Electronic Engineering (preferably with an electrical bias)
- Understanding of building services design engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software, with desirable experience in Dialux, Relux, or Amtech
- Ideally a graduate member of an appropriate institution, with ambitions to work towards Chartered Engineer status
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Local to the office with a Full UK Driver’s License preferred
