I’m partnering with a well-established SME based in Oxfordshire to help them find a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team, following several exciting project wins. The projects range from £50k to £3M and span high-end residential and commercial office spaces, covering both new builds and refurbishments.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor, who will provide guidance on everything from onboarding and internal processes to ongoing training and professional development. A qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is essential, though we welcome applicants ranging from recent graduates to those with up to two years of industry experience.
