About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Graduate Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Acting as a bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, you’ll support technical inquiries, produce accurate product estimates, and help ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities of a Graduate Technical Support Engineer:

  • Prepare detailed quotations and maintain customer price lists.
  • Support technical queries and assist in bid preparation.
  • Interpret customer requirements and translate them into cost estimates.
  • Analyze production processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to explore new business opportunities.

What You’ll Need as a Graduate Technical Support Engineer:

  • Engineering or Science degree (graduates welcome).
  • Strong technical mindset and ability to interpret engineering data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with strong numeracy and commercial awareness.
