Teamforce Labour currently require a Graduate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a leading Groundworks Contractor in London.

The Role
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals on exciting groundworks projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the preparation and management of project budgets.
  • Supporting cost reporting, valuations, and forecasting.
  • Monitoring variations and assisting in the preparation of claims.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring accurate measurement and pricing of works.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of contracts and processes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience working with a groundworks company.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and passionate about construction.
  • Based in or willing to work in London.
