A great opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our clients Rail & Civils team based out of their Glasgow office. Be part of an industry-leading consultancy, where you'll work on high-profile projects that shape the UK's infrastructure.

You will work on a variety of development projects across Scotland, gaining valuable experience in areas such as structural analysis, design, and engineering reports.

Role Overview:

• Position: Graduate Civil Engineer
• Location: Glasgow
• Team: Rail & Civils
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of post-graduate experience in civil or structural engineering

Responsibilities:

• Prepare feasibility studies, technical notes, and drawings.
• Conduct structural analysis of bridges and civil structures using LUSAS (training provided).
• Use AutoCAD for technical drawings.
• Prepare diagrams and reports using Microsoft programs.
• Oversee specialist sub-consultants and conduct site inspections.
• Attend meetings and site visits with senior staff.
• Assist in preparing fee proposals and bids for new projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering with at least 2 years post-grad experience.
• Experience in Bridge Design.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Publisher.
• Experience using LUSAS software would be an advantage.
