The Role:
As a Year 6 Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students, offering 1:1 and small group support. Your role will involve reinforcing learning in key subjects, helping pupils improve their skills, and preparing them for their transition to secondary school. You will be a vital part of the teaching team, providing additional support and fostering a positive learning environment.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for working with children. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to tailor your support to meet the needs of each pupil. Experience in education or tutoring is desirable but not essential. A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach is essential for success in this role.
