£24,000 - £25,000/annum

My client are seeking a Law Graduate to join their team as a Paralegal on a 12 month fixed term contract. The ideal candidate will be a Law Graduate or have experience in a legal role, conveyancing or land acquisition role. 

Offering a starting salary of £24,000 - £25,000, with full training and support provided, working within a brilliant team.

The Role: 

  • Opening new files when instructed 
  • Audio typing letters and contracts 
  • Checking legal documents 
  • Preparing forms for HMRC and for the HM Land Registry 
  • Preparing completion statements 
  • Liaising with clients 
  • Assisting with enquiries, communicating over the phone and email 
  • Updating databases and systems 
  • Administration duties including photocopying 

Skills and Attributes: 

  • Law Graduate or experience within a legal role, conveyancing or land acquisition role
  • Excellent communicator, ability to communicate with clients 
  • Positive approach and keen to learn 
  • IT literate
