The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained to run a 360° desk — from sourcing top-tier candidates to building lasting client partnerships. It’s fast-paced, challenging, and incredibly rewarding for those who bring the energy and determination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients

• Write and post job adverts to attract talent

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals

• Screen CVs and conduct interviews

• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish

• Hit and exceed targets – with serious rewards for high performers

• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate (2:2 or above in any subject)

• Confident communicator with great people skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven

• Resilient, adaptable, and always up for a challenge

• Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
