We are currently working closely with a primary school and a secondary school in Berkshire to place Psychology graduates into rewarding SEN Teaching Assistant roles—perfect for those considering a future in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students across curriculum, both one-on-one and in small groups
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and communication development to help them engage fully in school life.
  • Gain first-hand experience of life in a classroom and insight into teaching as a career

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a degree in Psychology or a related subject.
  • A genuine passion for working with children with Special Educational Needs.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, patience, and adaptability
  • Is available for full-time work during school hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
  • Has the right to work in the UK and lives in or near Berkshire
  • Has, or is willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check
