Marketing Graduate – Construction and Property Development

Brookbanks design and deliver complex mixed use, major residential and commercial build projects between £5m to £500m.

As a Marketing Graduate you will be responsible for supporting the Business Development Director with:

  • Creating and managing Linkedin, Instagram and Youtube posts
  • Liaising with employees for content ideas
  • Taking ownership of the social media strategy
  • Google analytics (training provided) 
  • Video editing
  • Occasional site visits to capture content

What do we look for?

  • Enthusiastic graduate, with the ability to independently create content including Canva posts
  • An interest in property development / construction
  • Ability to take initiative and come up with ideas
  • Confident to liaise with Directors and other senior members of the business
  • Written and verbal communication skills with good grammar
  • Driving license for occasional site visits
