Location: Hounslow
Contract: Full-time, 1 Year Fixed Term
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £100–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

Loyal Blue Recruitment are proud to be working with a number of amazing and reputable secondary schools based in Hounslow. We are now recruiting passionate and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated SEN departments from September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates who are thinking about a long-term career in education. The schools we work with offer supportive environments and have a clear route into teacher training for graduates who successfully complete their year as a TA.

About the Role:

• Support students with a range of learning difficulties and special educational needs

• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support

• Help students both in the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings

• Gain hands-on experience across Key Stage 3 and 4

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for helping young people with additional needs

• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English

• A recent graduate looking to build experience in education

• Reliability, empathy and a proactive approach
